CHAPTER  - 2


Hey earthlings! Hope you read the whole!

"Don't you people think that there should be a 25th hour so that we can complete everything we have decided!"

I was wondering what could be the next motivative chapter and I ran out of "time"! So I decided that Time Management will be my next chapter on this blog! And thats the reason I was late in uploading my next article and this time with lots of differences!

I will this time give tips to prevent you from running out of time for various things, as we all do!








TIME MANAGEMENT












1. First of all we need to know the most important thing before I say anything about time management and that is to decide wisely the things and tasks we need to do in a day! If we decide to do everything in the same day we will only be disheartened, Nothing else. 






And then WE NEED TO SET OUT OUR PRIORITIES! And thats most important!  I hope you understand, Now! Do you?

Here are some more tips on HOW TO PRIORITISE? 
  • ASSIGN realistic priorities to each task:
    • Priority 1: due TODAY by 6pm
    • Priority 2: due TOMORROW by 6pm
    • Priority 3: due BY THE END of the week
    • Priority 4: due during next week

  • You can further prioritize tasks within this grouping by adding a decimal place. For example, a Priority 1.0 task needs to be done IMMEDIATELY, whereas a Priority 1.5 task simply needs to be done by the end of day.

P.S. You know, my mother and even my father, they always create  lists of tasks to do so that they complete everything and do not stress! The same habit has gone into me -- I have started doing the same!
THIS IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE AND BEST WAY!  and that was my inspiration for my first tip!


2. Focus on your most productive time of day. Some people work better in the morning, and some are more focused in the evening.  

For this you need to watch yourself and analyze yourself for one day! 

Like I always write this blog in the evening before I have more energy at that time! So likewise you should also start thinking about it!









3. Manage time in increments. Play a game with yourself by competing against the clock.
This is the best thing. This also creates fun in the most boring things we do. For this we need to have a clock beside us so that we can see it from time to time! 
Now if you decide like 1 hour of time to do a particular task then try to do 5 - 10 minutes early so that you have more time to rest! 

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT TAKING BREAKS BETWEEN EACH AND EVERY TASK OR 45 MINUTES IS  MOST IMPORTANT. IF YOU DON'T TAKE BREAKS YOU WILL FEEL LETHARGIC AND WILL NOT ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TAKE BREAKS IN ANOTHER ROOM. SO THAT YOU DON'T FEEL THAT YOU HAVE A LOT OF THINGS LINED UP.








Hmmm so now time for the next tip

4.    Keep track of your progress.
  • Cross things off the list as they are completed.
  • You'll feel more relieved and relaxed just by getting through the daily tasks. Not only will you be getting things done, finishing tasks will give you a sense of accomplishment and spur motivation.






5.  Reassess the list. Rewrite and prioritize your list on a regular basis.
  • Add new tasks to the list. This should be done on a daily basis, especially when you are just getting started with a time management regimen.
  • Eliminate or adjust tasks that are completed, or fall in priority.
  • Delegate tasks to others. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need to do it all. You can be much more effective if you can delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Use technology to complete tasks more quickly, efficiently or accurately. Today's mobile technology features dozens, if not hundreds of apps that will help you manage—and even accomplish—your tasks efficiently. (THIS ONE IS MY FAVOURITE) 


6. Sleep for 6-8 hours every night. Getting the proper amount of sleep will help keep you alert and energetic, able to think clearly, and function at a high level.


AND one good tip drink water before you sleep and after you wake up! This keeps your brain functioning and you are able to think properly!









And last but not the least ALWAYS LEAVE SOME TIME FOR FUN  AND GAMES. NEVER BE OVERLOADED WITH WORK!

CHAPTER - 1


HEY EARTHLINGS! HOPE YOU READ THE WHOLE!


"I am tired working!" One of the most heard words now a days! TODAY I NEED TO FIGURE THIS OUT!

Now I don't want to give any tips or something here - Like don't eat before studying and working!  THAT'S NOT THE REASON AM HERE!

"I consider all of them as unsaid myths and are just to keep us motivated!" But still if you need them then I will give the links for it! :)

But what I and may be you too feel is that these MYTHS do not work! DO THEY? Comment your views!

I AM THINKING in using one main ingredient which everyone does not have!  :P A MOTIVATED MIND! IS IT? OR IS IT NOT? OR IS IT SOMETHING ELSE? And I know you too are craving for it!  #Motivation ! But lets see what it actually is! SHALL WE?



Lets take an example!(With Motivated Mind)

  •  I am here working on the science project and it has  so hard sub-topics that am not able to understand  ! I need to look for the sub-topics! But I cannot find the answers! I think I am tired and I stop! But then the deadline had also arrived and had no clue about those sub-topics! You may say that I could have asked a friend but I wasn't supposed to do that in the project I was given! Then lately I had to give an incomplete project! It was so embarrassing! Is it?Or was it that I wasn't motivated? 
  • Now here the myths such as --> "don't eat before studying and working" can't help,! NO THEY WONT!
That means a MOTIVATED MIND IS NOT ENOUGH! So whats that thing that am lacking! Yes, that's skill in what am doing or you can say perfectionism! If only I had skill I could have completed the science project!

But I cannot be skillful in everything! (Thats what you were thinking)-->NO, You cant! 

You might also think - lets leave this blog and search out something else! BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU WILL WASTE TIME IN SEARCHING! YOU CAN UTILIZE  THIS SEARCHING TIME IN HAVING SKILL IN WHAT YOU DO! #perfectionism! yes, here we need some perfectionism here! And well thats what my plan is!

PLAN PERFECTIONISM

CAN ANYONE BE PERFECT?

Well, yes that's what my plan is!
PLAN PERFECTIONISM
The first answer that comes in my mind and maybe your mind too would be NO, a big NO! Thats what the world the world is thinking!
Is that true? Then why the hell was this word - PERFECT created? Think about it and comment your views!
